The Game Experience

Hawaiian shaman: Head off to the Hawaiian Islands in Big Kahuna slots. Kahuna means a Hawaiian shaman so you can expect exotic symbols and colorful graphics in this game. Reel symbols like kiwis, coconuts, pineapples, and raspberries, wild monkeys, and Hawaiian witch doctors flash across the reels during gameplay.

Classic look: Although the graphic quality doesn’t compare to other more sophisticated 3D slots, Big Kahuna still offers a colorful slot machine. Gamblers who prefer the classic look and feel of slot machines will love this one. Meanwhile, reel symbols like erupting volcanoes and tropical fruits add a refreshing island vibe to the game.

Technology

Software provider: The Big Kahuna slot machine comes from Microgaming software, one of the leading software providers in online gaming. That means you’ll find this game at most Microgaming online casinos available for computers and mobile devices. Usually, mobile games will function on all of the big name operators like iOS or Android, depending on the casino.

Jackpot

Large payouts: Although Big Kahuna online slots do not contain a progressive jackpot, players still have the chance of winning large payouts. While this game doesn’t have high volatility, you can still gain some pretty big wins compared to other games. The wild symbol offers the biggest payout at 8,000 coins for landing on 5 along a payline. Landing on 4 wild symbols pays out 1,000 coins instantly. The tribal mask bonus also has a high payout of 4,375 coins. In addition, the volcano symbol pays out up to 2,500 coins.

Special Features

Game logo: serves as the game’s wild symbol. That means that this symbol substitutes for all other symbols (except the scatter), giving you a higher chance of winning. All wins that contain the Big Kahuna wild pay out, with the highest reaching 8000 coins for 5 wilds along a payline.

Monkey scatter symbol adds to payline wins and multiplies by the total number of credits staked. Five monkey scatters pay out the most at 200.

Mask symbol: activates a special mask bonus game. If 3 or more masks appear anywhere on the reels, the game activates the mask bonus round. During the bonus, you pick one of the masks to reveal prizes. If you pick the right mask, you become the big kahuna. If you pick the wrong mask, the game sends you to the volcano with nothing.

Volcano bonus: also activates a bonus round. Similar to the mask bonus, when 3 or more volcanoes appear along the reels, it triggers a bonus game. During the volcano bonus, you choose a fruit to reveal prizes.
