Independent Canadian guide to online casinos: reviews, bonuses and Interac payments — in English and French.

We want you to know exactly how this site pays its bills before you click anything on it. This page explains our affiliate relationships in plain terms. It sits alongside our disclaimer, which covers the site in general, and How we rate, which describes the scoring method.
Online Casino Games is free to read. The money that pays for research, testing and writing comes from affiliate agreements with some of the online casinos we cover. When you follow one of our links and open an account, the operator may pay us a commission — usually a one-off fee, sometimes a share of the revenue it earns from the account. That income is what keeps the site running, and we would rather tell you so than hide it.
An affiliate link does not change the price of anything. The welcome package, the wagering requirement and the minimum deposit are the same whether you arrive through our button or type the casino's address yourself. Where an operator offers a code or an exclusive package to our readers, we say so on the page; we never add a fee of our own.
Affiliate links appear in the casino lists near the top of rating pages, in the brand boxes on review pages and in the red
"Play" buttons. They pass through short addresses that begin with /go/, so you can recognise them before you click.
Links in the body of guides — to game studios, regulators, help lines and other reference pages — are ordinary links: nobody pays
us for them.
Casinos we have an agreement with can appear in our lists, and so can casinos we have no agreement with. The order of a list follows the score and the theme of the page — Interac withdrawals, low deposits, free spins and so on. A commission cannot move a casino up a list or keep a weak one in it, and an operator cannot pay to remove a critical remark from its review. If a partner stops paying players on time, its rating drops like anyone else's.
Our ratings are built from the same checks for every casino: the true cost of the bonus, payments and payout speed, the game library, the licence and the route for complaints, and the quality of support. The weights are published on How we rate. A casino that fails the licence check cannot score above the middle of the scale, whatever it offers us or you.
When you press a button such as "Get bonus" or "Visit casino", your browser passes through a short address on our own domain,
which starts with /go/. That address tells the casino which site sent you, and nothing else: we do not pass your
name, your e-mail address or your payment details, because we never see them. If you then open an account and play, the casino
may record the referral against our partner account. Commission is calculated by the casino from its own records; we cannot see
your deposits, your bets or your balance, and we cannot ask for them.
We do not accept payment for a higher position in a list, for a better score, or for removing a negative remark from a review. We do not publish texts written by an operator under our name, and we do not promote casinos that refuse players from Canada or hide their licence. If an operator asks for any of these, the answer is no, and the request itself counts against it in the next review.
We check terms by hand, but operators change them often. Before you deposit, read the bonus terms and the general terms on the casino's own site, check that the casino accepts players from your province, and set a limit you are comfortable with. Gambling is for adults: 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
If our agreements or the way we use affiliate links change in a way that matters to readers, we update this page first.
