Independent Canadian guide to online casinos: reviews, bonuses and Interac payments — in English and French.
19+Updated:
This page sets out the terms on which you read online-casinogames.ca, the English and French guide to online casinos for Canadian players published under the name Online Casino Games. By browsing the site, following its links or using its tables and filters you accept what is written below. If you do not accept it, please close the site.
Online Casino Games is an independent publisher. We write reviews of online casinos, guides to games such as slots, blackjack and roulette, and explainers on bonuses, payment methods and the rules that apply in each province. We are not a casino and not a gambling operator. We hold no gambling licence, we do not take bets or deposits, we do not run games and we cannot open, close or settle a player account. Every game mentioned on the site is played on the operator's own platform, under the operator's own licence and terms.
Everything published here is general information written for adults who already choose to gamble. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a promise that any game, strategy or bonus will produce a win. Casino games have a built-in house edge; over time the operator keeps a share of the money staked. A strategy page can lower the cost of a session, never remove it. Decide on your own, and if you need advice about your money or your legal position, ask a qualified professional.
We check casinos by hand and print the date of the last check on each page. Even so, operators change welcome packages, wagering requirements, game lobbies, withdrawal limits and the list of provinces they accept without telling us. A bonus that was live on the day of our check can be gone the next morning. For that reason the operator's current terms always take priority over our summary of them. Before you register or deposit, read the terms on the casino's own site. If you notice that a page is out of date, write to us at the address at the end of this page and we will re-check it.
The site is free to read because some operators pay us a commission when a visitor who followed our link opens an account
or makes a deposit. These links sit mainly in the casino lists, the review pages and the red "Play" buttons that pass through
addresses beginning with /go/. A commission never buys a rating or a place in a list: the score is built by the
method described on How we rate. The full picture is on our
affiliate disclosure page.
Links to casinos, game studios, regulators and help organisations take you to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their handling of your personal data or the way they treat your account. Any agreement you make with an operator — including the bonus you accept and the conditions attached to it — is between you and that operator. Complaints about payments, verification or closed accounts go first to the operator and then to the body that licenses it, which we name in each review.
Return-to-player percentages, jackpot totals, minimum deposits, processing times and similar figures come from game studios, operators and payment providers. We copy them carefully and say where a number comes from, but we cannot audit them. Jackpot amounts in particular move every minute. Treat every figure on the site as a snapshot from the date shown, not as a guarantee.
The texts, tables, ratings, page layouts and graphics of Online Casino Games belong to the site. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page you quote; copying whole pages or our lists for another site is not allowed. Casino names, game titles, studio names and logos belong to their owners and appear here only to identify what we write about. Their presence does not mean the owner endorses this site.
Online gambling is for adults. In most of Canada the minimum age is 19; in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec it is 18. The site is not written for anyone under the legal age of their province, and we ask parents to use device filters if children share a computer or phone.
Gambling should cost you only money you have set aside for fun. Set a deposit limit before you play, take breaks and never chase losses. If gambling has stopped being fun, help is free and confidential: ConnexOntario answers on 1-866-531-2600 around the clock; in Quebec Jeu : aide et référence answers on 1-800-461-0140; other provinces run their own lines, listed on our responsible gambling page. Every licensed casino also offers self-exclusion and cooling-off tools in the account settings.
We publish in good faith and correct mistakes when we find them, but the site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Online Casino Games is not liable for any loss — including money lost at a casino, a bonus that was refused, a delayed withdrawal or a closed account — that results from using the site or relying on what it says. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
This disclaimer is read under the laws of Canada and of the province in which you live. Whether you may play at a given casino depends on that province: Ontario regulates private operators through iGaming Ontario and the AGCO, while the other provinces run their own government sites. Our page Is online gambling legal in Canada? explains the differences. It is your responsibility to make sure that playing is allowed where you are.
We update this disclaimer when the site, the law or our way of working changes. The version on this page is the one that applies; the date of the last change is shown under the title.
Questions about this disclaimer, a correction or a complaint about a page: write to [email protected]. We read every message and answer in English or French.
